The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires a Contractor to provide labor, equipment, supplies, transportation and services for Bio 5 Heating Oil deliveries to the USDA, ARS, PSWMRU Field Locations (identified in the attachment) in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this document. The USDA, ARS, PSWMRU will use this heating oil as fuel to run six forage dryers and to heat multiple buildings.

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The Solicitation number AG-2415-S-11-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This procurement is Set Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS is 454311 with a size standard of 50 employees. Any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site http://www.fbo.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents.
